School, BHU set ablaze in Swat

SWAT - At least seven persons including two personnel of the security forces got injured in separate incidents of firing and shelling here on Friday in Charbagh area of Tehsil Matta.

Taliban militants also kidnapped a person named Muhammad in Charbagh and set ablaze another primary school for girls and a basic health unit (BHU).

According to details, the two security personnel were injured when Taliban attacked a check post. The injured persons are identified as Saleemulllah and Mirzad Ali.

Soon after the attack, the security forces started shelling on the suspected hideouts of militants in the same area, in which five civilians were wounded.

The injured including Salman, Manzoor, Inamullah, Bahadar and Suleman were rushed to Saidu Sharif Hospital.
