Rehman asks Interpol to stop US priest from burning Holy Quran

Interior Minister Rehman Malik warning of irremediable damage to world peace has asked Interpol to intervene and stop the heinous crime of burning of Holy Quran by US Pastor Terry Jones. In a letter written to Ronald K. Noble Secretary General Interpol Malik drawing the attention of Secretary General towards a very serious and grave issue where one Terry Jones has declared to burn ( God forbids ) Holy Book Quran publicly in FLORIDA on 11th September said this is crime against humanity and falls under international crime as it will impose the international peace and harmony. Malik wrote, "Interpol under your able leadership must play its role to stop this heinous criminal act by insane Tarry Jones as it will bring irremediable damage to the world peace especially when the world is fighting against all kind of act of terrorism, please take up with the concerned USA authorities to have this insane so called priest to halt this highly criminal act. "Muslim Ummah would be outraged by such an act and the feelings of the muslim must be respected, Malik wrote.
