Troops shoot dead journalist in Swat
Source: Our staff reporter November 10, 2008 MINGORA - A journalist was shot dead when he allegedly did not stop his vehicle as a military convoy was passed during a curfew in Swat valley, police said Sunday.
Qari Mohammad Shoaib, 32, a reporter with the Khabar Kar daily, was shot in the main town of Mingora late Saturday when he failed to heed warnings, police official Khaista Rehman said.
