Petition filed in IHC for moving ICJ in Aafia case
September 10, 2008 ISLAMABAD (Online) - Iqbal Jaffri Advocate has filed miscellaneous application in Islamabad High Court (IHC), demanding government of Pakistan to take up the case of Dr Aafia Siddiqui with International Court of Justice if US does not hand over her to Pakistan.
