FIA obtains 7-day remand of Munaf Kalia
Source: Our Staff Reporter November 11, 2008 LAHORE - Federal Investigation agency (FIA) on Tuesday obtained seven days remand of Munaf Kalia, Director of Khanani and Kalia (K&K), in a case of illegal transfer of billion of dollars abroad. The same court had already granted custody of Javed Khanani, also a Director of the company, to FIA till November 14.
FIA had also arrested two other persons Rustam Ali and Tariq Mahmood who run a money exchange company in Gujranwala and on their information Directors of K & K were arrested.
