Four American soldiers killed in Afghanistan
June 15, 2008 KABUL (AFP) - Four soldiers with the US-led force in Afghanistan were killed in a roadside bomb blast on Saturday, a coalition official and a statement said.
"Four coalition service members were killed and another was seriously wounded today while conducting operations in (southwestern) Farah province," the statement said.
A coalition spokesman said the soldiers died in an improvised bomb explosion.
