PESH AWAR - At least four militants were killed when a US drone fired two missiles on a vehicle near Minranshah town in North Waziristan Agency on Friday. Source said that it was the third attack during the last two days as two similar attacks were launched by the US predators in South and North Waziristan Agencies. This time the drone targeted a vehicle in Darfa Khail area four kilometers north of Miranshah, the main town of North Waziristan Agency. The attack killed all the four persons aboard the vehicle, the sources said. The source said that identity of the killed persons could not be identified, however, all of them were Taliban militants who were on way to some where in the agency on a vehicle which later came under attack. It is worth mentioned here that Thursday night attacks had also killed a key commander of Haqqani network, however, the sources said that the slain commander was not a relative of Jalaluddin Haqqani. The US blames Haqqanis for fuelling the 10-year insurgency in Afghanistan, attacking the US-led NATO troops and working to destabilize the West-backed government of Afghanistan. The death toll in the last three attacks of the US predator has risen to 14.
