Waziristan elders warn US of retaliation
September 15, 2008 ISLAMABAD (NNI) - Tribal elders and Maliks in North Waziristan have expressed concern over US attacks in Pakistan and warned of retaliation if it continued incursions into the tribal area.
The reaction came out after the latest missile attack by US in Miranwhah, killing 12 people and injuring several others.
A local elder, Malik Mumtaz Khan has said that US drones attacked here, killing children and women, which is inhuman. They have no right to come here and attack.
