US to help in strengthening democracy in Pak: Rice
April 16, 2008 The United States said that it would fully help Pakistan in strengthening democratic institutions in Pakistan and the war against terror.
The US secretary of state Condoleezza Rice said this while addressing at a ceremony of receiving an honorary degree in the state of Ala Bama.
She said that the US would support the efforts of the Pakistan people for establishing independent judiciary, rule of law and free media in Pakistan.
