Rockets fired at checkpost in Khar

BAJAUR AGENCY - Armed militants attacked security forces check-post in the agency’s heaquarters Khar with multiple rockets and missiles, however, no casualty was reported. While in a separate incident a tribal leaders was killed and his house was destroyed with explosive devices.
Sources said that the in the last few days Taliban have sped up their activities and attacking security force check-posts through rockets. Security forces strongly retaliated, however, no casualty was reported.
Meanwhile armed militants entered the house of prominent tribal leader Malik Sher Zaman Khan and destroyed his house with explosives. Later on militants killed Sher Zaman Khan and placed his dead body near his house.
The political administration also clamped curfew in Khar where all bazaars and trade centers were closed.
