Khosa reappointed DG FIA
THE government, in the directions of the Supreme Court, has reappointed Tariq Khosa as Director-General Federal Investigation Agency, reports a private TV channel.
A notification was issued in this connection on Thursday.
After his removal from the post some days back, Tariq Khosa was appointed as Director-General Anti-Narcotics.
The Supreme Court bench had expressed its dismay over the removal of DG FIA Tariq Khosa.
It is worth mentioning here that Tariq Khosa had played a vital role in Haris Steel Mills case probe and he was removed allegedly to divert the proceedings which could expose big guns involved in the scam.
