Curfew eases till 2 pm in parts of Swat
The curfew will be relaxed till 2:00 pm in different areas of Swat and till 8:00 pm in Lower Dir. According to Swat media center curfew eased till 2:00 pm in Kozabandai, Barbandai and Nangolai areas of tehsil Kabal whereas Mingora city and GT Road from Dargai to Mingora remained under curfew. Dir media center announced curfew relaxation till 8:00 pm in tehsil Adenzai and Maidan of Lower Dir. Meanwhile, operation against militants continued in Malakand Division and security forces pounded militants hideouts in Akhund Kalay, Pahar Rai and Shamozai area in tehsil Bari Kot. However not loss of life was reported in the action. In Upper Dir, clashes continued between national lashkar and militants. Security forces have deployed artillery guns to help national lashkar.
