KABUL (AFP) - Two foreign soldiers have been killed in southern Afghanistan by a crude bomb, the main weapon used by Taliban rebels, NATO said Wednesday.
In a brief statement, NATOs International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) said the soldiers died on Tuesday.
The nationalities of the soldiers were not revealed, according to policy.
The deaths bring to 125 the number of foreign soldiers to have died in Afghanistan so far this year, according to an AFP count based on a tally kept by the independent icasualties.org website.
