Deposed SHC CJ accepts re-appointment offer

The deposed Chief Justice of Sindh High Court, Justice Sabihuddin has accepted the re-appointment offer as a judge in the Supreme Court. Talking to a private TV on Thursday, Justice Sabihuddin said he will accept the government’s offer of re-appointment in Supreme Court, adding his re-appointment will be under the law and and constitution.He further said Secretary Law could apprise regarding notification of his re-appointment in the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, sources said government had contacted Justice Sabihuddin regarding his re-appointment and the notification in this connection is likely to be issued today.
