Security for NAB record increased

ISLAMABAD - The security for the record of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has been increased, said an official statement on Friday.
According to the statement, the NAB authorities earlier had asked the Islamabad police to provide additional security for the safety of its official record
They had also asked the DIG of Islamabad Police to personally visit the NAB Headquarters in this regard.
In this connection, a joint meeting was held between the DIG and NAB officials and a comprehensive security plan was chalked out.
According to the statement, the security plan, chalked out in the joint meeting, has been made operational and security for the record material at NABs Central Headquarters, as well as its Regional Headquarters, has been increased with enhanced surveillance, extra manpower and technical security arrangement.
