Musharraf should be tried, says AQ Khan
Source: OUR MONITORING DESK August 19, 2008 THE end of Pervez Musharraf’s regime is a good omen for the national interests, said nuclear scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan, adding that it would also leave positive impact on Pakistan’s economic situation.
Talking to a private TV channel on Monday, Dr A Q Khan said that Musharraf killed innocent people and handed over Pakistani citizens to the US to mint dollars. He alleged that Musharraf doled out billions of rupees to an insurance company his son was working with.
