Early hearing pleas must be filed before 11 am in SC

ISLAMABAD (APP) - The Supreme Court has asked all Advocates-on-Record at Islamabad and Branch
Registries of the Court at Lahore, Karachi, Quetta and Peshawar that all requests for early hearing of urgent
matters must be filed before 11:00 a.m.
According to an Office Order issued by Registrar Office on Thursday, the step has been taken so that the
advocates may be given information of the fixation of the case in time. It has also been mentioned in the Office
Order that request filed after 11:00 a.m. will not be considered for fixation on the following day, except for good
cause shown, to be examined by the Registrar, SC.
