Police station, SHO residence attacked
QUETTA- A police station and residence of SHO were attacked with hand grenades in Kalat and Khuzdar district in separate incidents on Tuesday.
In the first incident, unidentified people hurled a hand grenade on City police station Kalat and escaped from the site after committing the crime. As a result, hand grenade landed inside police station and went off with a big bang partially damaging wall of police station. However, no loss of life was reported in the attack.
In the second incident, unknown armed persons lobbed a hand grenade at the residence of SHO Khuzdar police station Aziz Kadrani.
Grenade exploded with a big bang smashing windowpanes of the house. However, no group has claimed responsibility for grenade attacks.
Police has registered cases of both incidents and started investigations.
