Missile hits Bannu, no casualty reported

A missile was fired on Bannu city from some unknown location in the wee hours of Thursday. However, no loss of life was reported in the attack. DPO Bannu, Muhammad Alam Shanwari said that rocket fired from some unknown direction landed on an open ground in Bannu Chowni. “Parts of the fired missile have been collected by the police,” he said, adding that security has been beefed up in the area following the attack.
