Islamabad (Online) Government has ordered crackdown against activities of Jundulluh Group across the country. It was decided after telephonic conversation between Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik and his Iranian counterpart Mustafa Muhammed Najjar.
Inspector General (IG) Balochistan and law enforcement agencies would launch crackdown against Jundulluh group in the country, Private TV Channel reported. The security at Pak-Iran border after a suicide attack in Susitna Province of Iran has been intensified.
Earlier, Iranian Interior Minister called up his Pakistani counterpart Rehman Malik and solicited help regarding arrest of the responsible for the terror attack in Iran, the officials at Interior Ministry were quoted as saying.
Irans minister Mustafa Muhammed Najjar said that extremist outfit Jundulluh might be involved in the terror incident and requested Malik for help in arrest of extremist Abdul Malik Regi.
Rehman Malik assured his Iranian counterpart of complete cooperation for every possible help over terror incident in Iran which cost several lives, saying Pakistan is extremely grieved over the terrorist attack in Iran.
Pakistan will keep up the war against terrorism, as it is a victim of terrorism and engaged in fight with extremists groups, Malik maintained. Abdul Malik of Jundulluh outfit is not present in Pakistan according to reliable sources, Rehman said.
