No change in Sindh

Political observers also forecast that if MQM and PPP would agree to replace Dr Ishrtual Ebad Khan from the slot of Sindh Governor, Dr Asim Chairman NRB would be named for the Sindh Governor office.

NRB Chairman Dr Asim would be acceptable Governor to both MQM and PPP.

When contacted, MQM Deputy Parliamentary leader Haider Rizvi told The Nation that neither the PPP leadership nor any government official has informed the MQM about any move vis-a-vis the Sindh Governor replacement.

It may be noted here that the Sindh Governor Ishratul Ibad, who has served for quite long period as Sindh Governor has played an important role to bring the ruling PPP and MQM closer.
