19 Nato oil tankers torched in Mastung
Around 19 Nato oil supplying tankers were torched by unknown miscreants on Monday here in Dasht area on Quetta-Sibbi road. However, there were no reports of casualties. Police said that unknown miscreants opened fire at the Nato oil tankers and set the tankers on fire. All the tankers gutted completely before the arrival of fire extinguishers, police added.
According to reports, five Nato trucks were set ablaze in the same region on Friday. Routes through Pakistan were until recently bringing in 40 percent of supplies for Nato forces, with another 40 per cent coming through Afghanistan's neighbours in the north and 20 percent by air.
