Govt wants peaceful ties with India: Nawaz
May 22, 2008 Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has said the new government of Pakistan wants peaceful relations with India. In interview to an Indian television PML-N chief said his government had started composite dialogue with India and signed historic Lahore Declaration. Nawaz said peaceful relations with India is the part of his party manifesto and his party would fully cooperate with Pakistan People's Party in this respect.
