Rs1 billion scam in Rapid Mass Transit System

The FIR further said that Agha Nadeem had received about Rs 500 million in the scam and forwarded his brother Agha Najeeb who has petrol pump in the City. It was also learnt that Agha is busy in construction of magic river park in the cavity of motorway, which would cost Rs 1.5 billion. The astonishment has been expressed in the FIR over the cost of study report making its comparison with Kalabagh Dam and said that the report prepared is more costly than KBD.

It merits mentioning here that the scams of such nature are usually probed by the NAB. But, due to unknown reasons, the case is also being investigated by the ACE.
