Dr AQ warns Musharraf

NUCLEAR scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan has warned President Musharraf that he would disclose certain things about the President if the latter failed to fulfil his commitment to lift restrictions on him.

"If I am further pressed, I'll disclose certain things about Musharraf," Dr Qadeer warned.

He said this while talking to his counsel Barrister Javed Iqbal Jaffery, reported a private TV channel on Tuesday.

Dr Khan denied accepting the list of his visitors issued by authorities. "I should be allowed to meet anyone and move freely", he demanded.

He said his family members didn't move any court against his detention, as they had been continuously receiving threats. He said he is still under detention and statement of Deputy Attorney General in this regard was baseless.

He invited the Chief Justice of Pakistan to get first-hand knowledge about the real situation. He further said that the authorities paid no heed to the visitors' list which he had given to them.
