8 SHC judges likely to be restored today
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER August 27, 2008 KARACHI - As many as eight deposed judges of Sindh High Court (SHC) have agreed to rejoin their offices by taking fresh oath and a notification to this effect is likely to be issued today (Wednesday). According to the sources privy to the matter, Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali is likely to take oath as new Chief Justice of Sindh High Court. Meanwhile, the Sindh High Court Bar Association has decided to chalk out strategy if the deposed judges take oath under the PCO, said Rasheed A Rizvi on Tuesday.
