Seven killed in Sihala blast

ISLAMABAD (Agencies) - Seven people were killed and more than 12 injured as a result of a bomb blast in the suburbs of Federal Capital Tuesday night.

The incident, which was initially thought a gas cylinder explosion, was later confirmed by authorities in Sihala as bomb blast.

Rescue 1122 reached the spot and launched relief operation immediately. Police and locals shifted the injured to a hospital in Sihala and some critically injured were shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences in Islamabad.The explosion was occurred in a hotel situated at a roadside in the area of Model Town’s Yamaha chowk.
