Rs 30 billion black money whitened: FBR
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER November 27, 2008 ISLAMABAD - Federal Board of Revenue has collected Rs 600 million of tax revenue from the whitening of Rs 30 billion black money and undocumented businesses under the government’s amnesty scheme since July 1 this year.
Member Direct Taxes FBR Irfan Nadeem here on Wednesday told the media that 3740 people have regulated their businesses and black money by paying tax at the rate of 2 per cent under the scheme.
