APDM for delay in presidential election

 “The country cannot afford any more crises therefore instead of going towards confrontation PPP and PML-N should return towards reconciliation and resolve all problems of the country amicably,” he said adding: “The APDM would extend all cooperation to PPP and other democratic forces in this connection.”

He strongly criticised the remarks of Governor Punjab and said that so far nothing was happened but the Governor had started beating drums of the war. He said democratic forces should avoid confrontation and exercise patience otherwise it would benefit the undemocratic forces.

Announcing postponement of APDM’s strike call for September1 given for the restoration of judges, he said that APDM did not want to create problem at this juncture however if crises of country were not resolved, it would continue its struggle for restoration of judiciary and the Constitution.
