Indian External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee said Pak-India issues would be resolved through dialogues. In a tv interview, Mukherjee said efforts are underway to improve ties with neighboring country, however, the neighbor should fulfill its responsibilities. He said India wants friendly relations with all neighboring countries and having good relations with Pakistan, which is affected after Mumbai attacks.
Replying to a question about Kashmir issue, Mukherjee said Kashmir is an integral part of India. However, controversial issues could be resolved through dialogues. Currently, the core issues is to curb terrorism not Pak-India relationship, he added.
