PPP entered accords to please allies
By Special Report August 29, 2008 LAHORE - PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari has said that he had taken a number of such steps and decisions during the last five months that he didn’t like to do.
In an interview with an Indian newspaper, he said that coalition parties often made him take the decisions which he did not like to do, but in spite of himself, he had to do it, so that the coalition partners might not take the impression that PPP was doing what it liked, taking advantage of being in the government.
