LHC judges refuse to hear Shahbaz's nomination case
May 30, 2008 Lahore High Court (LHC) judges Mr. Justice Mian Najmuz Zaman and Mr. Justice Tariq Shamim, refusing to hear Muslim League-N president, Mian Shahbaz Sharif's case relating to his nomination papers from Rawalpindi PP-10 and Bhakkar PP-48, referred back the case to the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC).
