Nusrat Bhutto acquitted in assets case
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER May 31, 2008 LAHORE - An accountability court judge Saleem Qureshi Friday while invoking the National Reconciliation Ordinance, acquitted Begum Nusrat Bhutto, widow of former Prime Minster Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and mother of slain former Prime Minister Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, of 1.5 billion-dollar illegal assets reference on her counsel's plea submitted under section 7 of NRO to seek termination of the reference.
