RPO suspends SI, ASI on bribery charges

RAWALPINDI - Regional Police Officer (RPO) Rawalpindi Nasir Khan Durrani placed SI Majeed Ahmad of PS. Jatli and ASI Aftab Ahmad of PS. Saddar Barooni under suspension here on Friday.

According to the details, one Nazir Ahmad appeared before Nasir Khan Durrani, Regional Police Officer, Rawalpindi and complained that his son Usman Ahmad who was wireless operator in police department posted at PS. Civil Lines Rawalpindi was murdered and his dead body was thrown in a well on the night between 14 and 15th February 2008.
