ERRA satisfied with work on roads in quake zone
By IMRAN ALI KUNDI July 8, 2008 ISLAMABAD - Deputy Chairman Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation (ERRA) Lt Gen Sajjad Akram expressed satisfaction over the progress of work on the road sector of earthquake-hit areas in meeting o here on Monday.
The deputy chairman was informed that the initial damage assessment revealed that out of 12,000km of total network, 6480 Km of roads had been damaged and Rs 27.988 million would be required to reconstruct these roads.
