Major reshuffle expected in CDA
By KHALID AZIZ October 8, 2008 ISLAMABAD- Major reshuffle in the Capital Development Authority (CDA) is expected after Tariq Mehmood Khan took charge as the new Chairman CDA on Wednesday.
Mustafain Kazmi, Senior Director Sanitation is expected to be promoted to the post of Member (Admin), while Kamran Qureshi, Member (Finance) and Brig Asad Munir, Member (Estate) are also expected to step out of the civic body, sources in CDA revealed.
The present CDA Board was composed during the tenure of the former Chairman CDA Kamran Lashari with the bliss of Faisal Saleh Hayat and Aftab Sherpao, former Interior Ministers, when CDA used to be under the Interior Ministry. It is pertinent to mention here that former Member (Engineering) Moin-ud-Din Kakakhel and Member (Admin) Shaukat Ali Mehmand have been already transferred from the Authority to Ministry of Housing and Ministry of Environment respectively.
