SC rejects Hameed Dogar's plea

Justice Ghulam Rabbani of the Supreme Court of Pakistan Wednesday dismissed Justice(R) Abdul Hameed Dogar's plea for removal of objection on his writs seeking review of July 31 decision and quo warranto, report said. Justice Rabbani in his short verbal order dismissed his request. The proceedings had been conducted in chamber and Naeem Bukhari appeared as counsel for Justice (Retd) Hameed Dogar. The detailed verdict is likely to be released tomorrow.
