Islamabad airport named after Benazir Bhutto
August 14, 2008 Federal Government has issued a notification of naming Islamabad airport and Rawalpindi General Hospital after Benazir Bhutto here on Thursday. Airport administration, after receiving the notification, placed the new board of Islamabad airport with the name of Benazir Bhutto International Airport. Similarly, name of Rawalpindi General Hospital has also been replaced with Benazir Bhutto Hospital. She died here in this hospital on November 27, 2007.
