Lawyers celebrate ‘Youm-e-Nijat’ today
August 19, 2008 The Legal fraternity will celebrate a “Youm-e-Nijat” (Day of Deliverance) today after Pervez Musharraf quit as president of Pakistan. The lawyers termed it as victory of people and announced to celebrate the day as Day of Deliverance. President of SCBA Aitzaz Ahsan said that lawyers’ community should remove black flags from all bar rooms and celebrate it along with the nation.
