system in the city.

Computerized traffic signals will also have a camera to record movement of traffic so that signals violators could
be spotted. The source said that project aimed to properly monitor vehicular traffic will also help to enhance
security arrangements.
Traffic signals would be controlled from a control room and those involved in violation of traffic rules could be
approached even at their houses as the images of their vehicles would be captured by camera.
