CJ takes suo moto action on complaint of mother
By Assad Hameed September 19, 2008 ISLAMABAD - Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar has taken suo moto action on complaint filed by a mother whose son was first abducted by some influential people and was later implicated in a cattle theft case.
According to the complaint lodged with the CJP by Najma Bibi, her young son was allegedly abducted by Zaheer and others from Kotli Sattian in Rawalpindi and was kept in illegal custody for 15 days before being released by abductors.
