IHC issues notices to OGRA, Petroleum ministry for price hike

Islamabad High Court (IHC) has approved the petition filed against price hike in petroleum products for hearing and issued notices to the opponents. Ashfaq Chaudhry of Peoples Movement had filed a petition against the raise in prices of petroleum products and CNG. Federal High Court Judge Justice Munir Paracha has conducted the hearing today. In his initial arguments, petitioner lawyer has urged to stop rise in CNG prices.
