English course certificates awarded to 37 teachers

ISLAMABAD (APP) - Federal College of Education on Saturday held a certificate awarding ceremony for English language teachers of the Capital Territory here.

Chairman Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Muhammad Sharif Shamshad gave away certificates to the 37 participants of the course called as 'In-service English Language Teachers Training Programme'.

The programme focussed on techniques and principles of language teaching, study skills, teaching of English language through computer, development of lesson plan to make them more efficient in English language teaching at school-level in line with market's requirements.

Addressing on the occasion, Muhammad Sharif Shamshad, advised the course participants to take full advantage of such training programmes and fully equip themselves with new techniques and principles of language teaching.
