Justice (retd) Hameed Dogar files rejoinder to contempt notice

Former CJP Abdul Hameed Doggar has filed his rejoinder to the contempt of court notice. He has also filed a petition against Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhry on Tuesday. Former CJP Dogar has filed 83-pages rejoinder of the contempt of court notice. Four other judges of the apex court Justice Javed Iqbal, Justice Raja Fayyaz, Justice Chaudhry Ejaz and Justice Khalil-ur-Rehman Ramday and the Ministry of Law were also made party in the petition. Justice (rtd) Dogar has also filed review petition against the Supreme Court verdict on July 21st.
