'Substandard milk causes ailment'

Another milk consumer Aftab said that milkmen give their assurances and guarantees to provide hundred percent pure milk free of water, only if consumers are willing to pay them around Rs 40 or even more than that. “I am paying Rs 40 to get pure milk for my kids, but even then the milk that I get is not pure”, he deplored

Several consumers confirmed that they are paying between Rs 40 to Rs 45 to get pure milk with assurances and guarantees of milkmen, yet the milk being sold to them is substandard. “These people (milkmen) have no faith and religion. They fleece us but do not provide standard milk”, said Mrs Aziz from G-11.
