Counsel to apprise IHC of new evidence today
By Assad Hameed October 29, 2008 ISLAMABAD - Barrister Jawaid Iqbal Jafree, counsel and a close friend of Dr A Khan, will today (Thursday) appear before the Chief Justice Islamabad High Court (IHC) to press his latest plea seeking release of incarcerated national hero and country’s top nuclear scientist.
Earlier, Registrar of IHC has returned the habeas corpus petition of Barrister Jafree here on Wednesday with the objection that it was not maintainable.
