7 IOs promoted as deputy directors

KARACHI - Sindh Information Department, on the recommendation of its promotional committee and with the approval of the provincial chief secretary, has promoted seven senior information officers from grade BPS-17 to grade BPS-18 as deputy directors.
As per notification issued here on Tuesday, the officers, who have been promoted, included Imdad Hussain Bana, PRO to Minister for Population Welfare and Minster Irrigation and Power, Syed Pervaz Husnain, PRO to Minister Rural Development and Auqaf, Sanaullah Rajar, Information Officer (Administration Branch), Liaquat Rajpar, Information Officer (Press Branch), Aftab Abro, Information Officer (Advertisement Branch), Abdul Haq Tagar, Regional Directorate, Sukkur and Zahid Mustafa Memon, Regional Directorate Hyderabad.
These officers will continue their services on the present posts, the notification said.
