High security at exam centres

KARACHI - Sindh Minister for Health, Dr. Sagheer Ahmed, has directed the Health Department and all the Medical Universities to ensure foolproof security arrangements at all the entry test centres scheduled on today, so as to avoid any untoward incident.
He further directed for making adequate arrangements to ensure transparency in entry test for 1500 medical seats throughout the province. Candidates at centres should be provided all relevant facilities so that they could concentrate on their paper, he further directed.
He also advised the candidates to avoid of unfair means, as they would be dispelled from the centre in case of cheating or misuse of test-related matter. He further directed that the results of the test should be posted on the website of NTS as soon as possible.
The minister also ordered the department and Universities to prepare the merit list without any delay after announcement of entry test results. It may be recalled that around 13,300 candidates are appearing in the test for 1500 seats at four centres namely Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana. This two-hour test would start at 11:00 am.
