ATC judge to move SC against termination

KARACHI - The terminated judge of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC), Haq Nawaz Baloch, has decided to move apex court against the decision regarding his termination.

Talking to The Nation, he said: “I have security concern as there is no security arrangement has been made for the judges,” said Baloch while talking to The Nation. He said that when he received his written transfer order for Badin couple of months ago, he went there but found nothing even the court building and also not found the accommodation.
