Petition against Siddiqui withdrawn
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER September 4, 2008 Karachi - The petitioner Zakauddin on Wednesday has withdrawn his petition filled against the PML-N presidential candidate, Justice (R) Saeed-uz-Zaman Siddiqui. The petition had been filled against the defendant couple of days ago in Sindh High Court.
The hearing on the petition was conducted before the division bench of Sindh High Court comprising Justice Khilje Arif Hassan and Justice Bin Yameen, but the petitioner withdrawn his petition, that he has filled to disqualify the presidential candidate.
